Standard Wedding Package:

  1. Five (5) or Twelve (12) hour event day rental period (includes the use of all grounds)

  2. Capacity: 100 guests


  • Venue capacity based on season with a max of 100 guests.

  • All event rental periods include time for setup, takedown, decorating, deliveries, photos and cleanup.

  • Should you need something more than what has been listed above please contact us for a custom quote.

Optional Add-ons for Weddings:

  1. Option to add one (1) additional hour to the event contract: $200/hour

  2. Guest count beyond the package capacity, please contact for pricing details.

Requirements for all venue rentals:

  1. Rental period must conclude no later than 10:00pm (All vehicles must exit the property)

  2. Event insurance is required for all venue rentals

  3. Banquet permit is required if alcohol will be served. Bartenders must have MAST 12 and liquor liability insurance (httpps://

  4. Nonrefundable damage/accident deposit is required for all venue rentals
