Photoshoot Rates:

Private Events:

  1.  Use of all the grounds: $150 for two (2) hours and includes the use of the ready rooms for wardrobe changes.

  2. Option to add one (1) additional hour to the event contract: $50

  3. For anything not listed please contact for pricing details

Note: All event rental periods include time for setup, takedown, decorating, deliveries, photos and cleanup. rental will also include the use or changing rooms and bathroom.

Requirements for all venue rentals:

  1. Rental period must conclude no later than 10:00pm

    • All vehicles must exit the property

  2. Refundable damage/accident deposit is required for all venue rentals
