As you plan, you need to know what we will provide as part of our basic services and what venue amenities we have to support your event. These are our basic packages and can be tailored to meet your needs.
Services Provided by Skysong:

We will repsond to all emails, texts and phone calls.

Coordinate and communicate with day of event planner (please note that we require a day of event planner for all wedding events.
Venue amenities:

1-2 hour onsite planning session prior to event

For wedding events, One indoor bathroom for the bridal party

One ADA accessible outdoor bathroom. Additional outdoor bathrooms will be provided at additional cost based on the size of the event

Tables and chairs to seat up to 100 guests

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit for all events. Final payment must be paid in full three weeks prior to the date of the event.
Magnolia Lawn
This is an intimate gathering space that opens to a grand view of The Mountain. The lawn area has a gradual slope, yet easily manages three of our large round tables that seat 12, or you can configure in your own preferred layout. The northwest portion is good for gaming and the south portion is conducive for the larger group gathering, with space for seating along manicured landscaping that includes mature Rhodies and Magnolia trees as your natural buffer. Easy access on hardscaped gravel paths simplifies set-up.
Mary's Garden
Named Mary’s Garden in honor of “Grandma Mary” who worked with her grandson Cameron on the design and development that included LOTS of hard physical labor to create this unique walking garden. This space was the first original formal landscaping work done at Skysong that includes a full acre of walking paths, intimate seating areas and a small group space with a Mountain view and arbor for your special occasions. The tall Leyland’s enclose this area that create a special sense of peace and seclusion. The many colors and textures of the plantings create that extra “pop” along with the hidden, and some not so hidden, unique outdoor art. Be sure to gong the bell!
Dogwood Lawn
This is currently our largest group space with a majestic view of the Mountain. The area has a level lawn with beautiful surrounding landscaping and includes use of the outdoor patio. Two-overhead lighting strands create a warm ambiance for late afternoon and evening events. The surrounding landscaping has majestic “statement” rocks with a multitude of azalea plants and the Pink Dogwood Tree as the focal point. The Dogwood Lawn also has easy access on hardscaped gravel paths that simplifies set-up.
Activity Lawn
We are currently in the process of constructing the Activity lawn that can accommodate a tent up to 70 x 100 feet. This space will also include 2 horseshoe pits and one regulation sized bocci ball court. We hope to have it completed 2024.
